Why is registration of dietary supplements necessary?
The registration of dietary supplements is necessary for the implementation/sale of such products within the territory of the Customs Union.
The circulation of dietary supplements within the territory of the EAEU is the same for all EAEU member states. Dietary supplements are subject to state registration according to Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union No. 299 dated May 28, 2010 and Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR TS 021/2011 "On Food Safety".
The certificate of state registration is valid within the territory of the 5 EAEU member states (Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan).
The registration of dietary supplements is necessary for the implementation/sale of such products within the territory of the Customs Union.

Preparation and collection of documents
Import of product samples for expert examination
Conclusion of an agreement with a state body
Submission of the collected dossier to the state body
Payment of the invoice for laboratory tests
Carrying out expert examinations and tests
Going through the expert council procedure, obtaining an expert opinion and a scientific report
Obtaining a Certificate of State Registration and entering it into the register
