Registration of dietary supplements is required for the implementation of dietary supplements in the territory of the Customs Union.
Registration of dietary supplements according to the requirements of the EAEU
The circulation of dietary supplements within the territory of the EAEU is the same for all member states of the EAEU. Dietary supplements are subject to state registration according to Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union No. 299 dated 28 May 2010 and Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR TS 021/2011 "On Food Safety".
